Alister Skedd inside his family’s old Carlisle River Butter factory and General Store at Carlisle River in Victoria’s Western District. The butter factory dates back to 1945 and was built following the older one’s demise due to fires. But by 1945 a surplus of army trucks allowed milk to be easily transported to Colac, meaning the butter factory never reached it’s full potential. Alister Skedd 0424 224 119
